Although a full-sized chair, by taking off the runners (and packing them separately in the box), we were able to ship rockers via FedEx Ground - a huge cost savings over common carriers that made the rockers immediately affordable to a wide audience. This revolutionized the business.
We first attach the runners onto the rocker at the factory, then detach them for shipping. All you have to do is attach the runners again and screw in a few screws. That’s it. Of course, if you have any questions, feel free to call us here at the factory.
